大部分都很简单，只是简单的描述让ChatGPT做什么，用的关键词多半也是prooread，rewrite这两个词，不同学科也没有什么区别，用这些提示语感觉结构化程度不高，可变性不足。参考流行的CRISPE Prompt Framework，作为初学者的我，写了下面的专门用于学术文章校订（Poofread）的提示词（Prompts），测试了一下，还行，希望对大家也有点用。

下面来看看效果，找了一篇Cell上刚刚发表的文章（Human embryo live imaging reveals nuclear DNA shedding during blastocyst expansion and biopsy, DOI:

Proper preimplantation development is essential to assemble a blastocyst capable of implantation. Live imaging has uncovered major events driving early development in mouse embryos; yet, studies in humans have been limited by restrictions on genetic manipulation and lack of imaging approaches. We have overcome this barrier by commbining fluorescent dyes with live imaging to reveal the dynamics of chromosome segregation, compaction, polarization, blastocyst formation, and hatching in the human embryo. We also show that blastocyst expansion mechanically constrains trophectoderm cells, causing nuclear budding and DNA shedding into the cytoplasm. Thus, our work reveals distinct processes underlying human development compared with mouse and suggests that aneuploidies in human embryos may not only originate from chromosome segregation errors during mitosis but also from nuclear DNA shedding.

你需要ChatGPT做的和不需要它做的可以适当添加或者删除，你会发现每次修改，ChatGPT给出答复都不一样，都有一些小的变化，当然这些改动本身需要你自己去判断必要性。其实很多改动没有必要，只是把相同的意思换了一种说法，或者按照不同的语言习惯来描述。就好比有的人喜欢说，“我很好”，有的人喜欢说，“我还不错”，这两种说法其实没有对错之分吗？

建议本身能够判断语言对错或者内容好坏的人来利用ChatGPT修改英文学术文章，以便提升速度，如果自己都无法判断对错的，直接把ChatGPT生产的内容当作绝对正确的，那么建议还是不要随便用。

其实就算我们把Cell上已经经过无数次修正的原文放进去，ChatGPT还是会给你很多的修改意见。而且你如果修改提示语中提到的角色或者要求，它给出的修改建议还不是一样的。所以，如果要快速发表英文论文，英文还是要好好学，人工智能只是工具，提供给我们无限可能，真正做决定的，判断好坏的，还是我们自己。这里为了比较修改前后的异同，我们使用了editGPT这个Chrome/Edge的插件，有兴趣的可以自行安装了解，很容易上手的。
